Aldo

Alors, voila !

For the love of shoes and design (And School!) I chose to do a set of 3 posters of our canadian company Aldo. The way I see Aldo, I believe their main clientele comes from trendy young professionals. Their logo is clean cut, simple, minimalist and so I decided to play along those lines. The color choices came easily when I heard their about their motto “Stay Gold”. So there, enjoy !

Makeup Artist Business Card

Here is one of my latest projects with Kiran Virdee, a Montreal-based makeup artist. Unlike most MUA’s business card, we (Me&Her) decided to avoid the pink & black combination. We went for a more classic yet fun approach using lime green instead. The results are in, we’re both happy about it because of it’s simplicity. Enjoy.

The French Punctuation (3 Pamphlets)

This is a pamphlet design on a low budget. Using only one color per pamphlet, the idea was to illustrate the french punctuation in a youthful way. (The target audience being teenagers) Dividing the french punctuation into 3 categories (Basse,Haute et Double) the ultimate challenge for me, was to design something consistent, something that at a glance, you can see that they are completing one another. Here are the final results.

Redesigning a Registration Form

The challenge was to include both French and English into the same page without compromising the design. The solution was to put the dominant language in black and subdue the other in gray. Other challenge? The budget didn’t allow us to use more than one color. The solution? Use only B&W with tints and green. The rest of the design just fell right into place. The final result is simple, colorful and hopefully more pleasant to fill out.
